We are an Irish company building turnkey high end ‘apartment’ style living solutions, transformed from 40ft shipping containers. With over 40 years’ experience in house building and design, including 10 in modular and container office and home solutions, we offer stylish turnkey accommodation solutions at a very competitive market rate. GTL offers an affordable, alternative style of living with high end turnkey solutions across the island of Ireland, UK and Europe. Wherever a 40ft truck can drive, we can deliver your finished home(s). Our aim is to recycle and re-purpose shipping containers going into ‘retirement’ and transform them into high end affordable long-term living solutions.
WHAT DO WE DO
GTL design and build container homes using shipping containers made out of corten steel, for purchase. The containers are unbelievably strong, extremely durable, earthquake proof, hurricane and fire resistant. These are a sustainable affordable living solution. These homes are built for long-term living. Our signature product is the GTL300 - a 40 foot one bedroom home, built and finished to a high standard turnkey solution, delivered to your site of choice, ready to live in. We also offer a of two or three bedroom home options. We can also work with you to design and custom build to your own requirements. Our homes are modular, so you can easily add further additions at a later stage.

Our one bed turnkey ‘apartment’ style home The one-bedroom GTL 300, 40ft new container (2.5M x 12M) completed to a high end turnkey standard is priced from €65,950, with our standard ‘high end’ specification A 20ft GTL150, Bach (airbnb style) starts at €34,950.
